Niagara falls!!
This blog is dedicated to my fun packed weekend at the very beautiful Niagara falls. It was one of the best trips in my life, in just three days we covered a lot of places and activities. The most adventurous part of the trip was white water rafting and the great whirlpool ride in river.
This picture is of Niagara falls flowing with Approximately 35 miles/hour (56.3 kilometers/hour) speed. We had taken a tour of maid of the mist boat, which took us in front of the American Falls and into the basin of the horseshoe falls for a thirty minute tour and caves of the wind,a unique view that helped us get up close and personal with the falls. After first acquiring a poncho and special foot wear to give us better traction on the wet walkways, we descended to the tunnels via an elevator. At one point on the tour, we were within a few feet of the water cascading onto the boulders at the base of the falls. It’s like walking into a hurricane, with the wind and mist from the falls trying to steal our cheap poncho and soak us. That was one of the best feelings I have experienced .
Rainbrow bridge, connecting the Cities of Niagara Falls, New York and Niagara Falls, Ontario, spanning the Niagara River. The peculiairity of this bridge is the sunlight on one side of the bridge castes a rainbow on Niagara river on the other side ;due to its shape !
We were lucky to view the Special display of fireworks on Memorial Day. The Falls literally lighted up in a rainbow of colours and I tried to capture every moment in my heart.

[...] If you are tired of monotonous routine and want to revitalize your life, pack your backpacks and drive to white mountains. I spent a rocking long weekend at white mountains which comes in a state of New Hampshire, just a few hours north of Boston. It was one of those trips organized by Harsh where you don’t have to worry about anything but to pack your bags(even the list of things to carry in the bag was dictated by Mr. Organizer and like any kindergarten I followed the list blindly). Our first destination was the Flume Gorge in Franconia state park, where we took the 2 miles walking trail. The flume was a spectacular view and the trail was a road following the waterfall, I enjoyed the trail because it wasn’t like an intense hike but a pleasurable uphill and downhill loop. [...]
