I had mentioned in my previous post that there are few people, I meet just once but leave an impact for life. Met two such people in a single week, it was like a breakthrough I have been waiting for a long time. I remember each and every word of wisdom they have said to me, and I couldn’t help but get impressed by every second of their company, aura and yet so down to earth nature. It’s not about what I learn or how much I know, it’s about the procedure, the way I do it gradually, yet satisfying.
Microsoft is coming to campus next week for seminars, would love to attend their talk on Vista and Office 2007 , there is also going to be a presentation focussing on XNA Game studio express, a set of tools based on Visual C#. Professor Rasala also mentioned about the ASP.Net 3.0, lets see if they mention the compatibility, i.e if traffic lets me touch campus before 6:30. Yesterday we took a good amount of 2 hours to come back home, but Shweta’s iPod and the thought of advent of weekend saved us all from boredom. That’s the beauty of Friday night, even though I had a bad day at work and the traffic was behaving like the climax scene of ‘Italian Job’, nobody heard a single line of cribbing from my side
Had the worst dinner in Boston yesterday, at Uno Grill, the place was supposed to be my favourite eatery but not after trying the Rattlesnake Pasta with chicken bytes!!
