Busy bee!!
I have been working on the new look and feel for the website last week and I think by tonight, I can put it online. This is something my dear friend Shreyas has been suggesting for past couple of months and I finally got time and will to put in action. He thinks my new site is professional and sober (too bad for the previous one 
)
At work, we had an outting for Navisphere team at Hopkinton State Park, it was a nice and chilly day to welcome Fall colors in New England. I feel the outting was the perk to handle the advent of busy days at work. Yes, I have 2 strict deadlines to meet in the next couple of months before my trip to home 
!
Last 2 weekends have been comparatively chilly, no exciting activity as such, except the girls day out last weekend for some essential(???) winter shopping !! Shopping is one thing which gets back the excitement in life even during the not so happening days (which are very rare).
This is my sweetest birthday gift from dear blogger friend Melody (who undoubtedly writes the best blog according to me). I was so excited when I received this customized header image she has made for my web site as a birthday gift. Isnt Melody a real sweetheart!!

I actually liked the old look of your site (the main home page) but then that’s me, I like graphics and color and pretty designs… in fact that’s why I made the header with the colored maple leaves – to reflect on the old home page. Still I guess one must move on
Hope all the new bloggy stuff will make you post more often!

I second Melody’s opinion about the look of your earlier home page. I felt the earlier one was brighter and full of life.I used to love the coloured maple leaves and the blue colour.Moreover, this one is too sober for you.Somehow it does not have Reshma feel to it.What say?

I took lot of efforts to make the new template, learnt photoshop just to get the mirror effect for my name in the header.
) . Actually I just get sunday to work on the site as saturday full day I have grading work in school.
But getting feedback is always great! will try to implement your ideas (as u both are my favorites

Awwww, so sorry dear, didn’t mean the present one wasn’t nice. Perhaps you could somehow do the old template (maple leaves et al) with the name in water thingie?
Otherwise don’t worry, it is YOUR blog & site after all, do whatever you think is best!
