It’s been a very eventful week, the data mining quiz followed by interview in the communication studies department, then the call from department to offer a programmer’s campus job; something I would enjoy doing along with my coursework and then my first interview with my most aspired company to work with in US!! and not to forget my dreadful meeting with Lily ;)!! So much to handle in poor seven days! But none the less I needed this trigger for quite some time.

Ok now here is something about my great and mushy valentines day, I had a presentation scheduled in the evening so spent the whole morning and afternoon in making the ppt then I had a 2 hours meeting with Dr. Walter in the Communications Department, which was very exciting and exhausting too :). But as I believe god is great, there was a heavy snow fall and all the classes scheduled in the evening got cancelled. yippiee !! Some more time to prepare for my oh so great interview! But no qualms I enjoyed my day anyway. Classes getting canceled even at this age makes me jump with joy!! But that doesnt mean I wouldnt like to get surprised with flowers and chocolates and candle light dinner, yes I think you should write down this in your little diary!!!Talking about surprises, we gave a nice surprise birthday party to Mona(very pretty girlie with great dimples) yesterday. The lady was very late for the party pchk pchk!!

I have started reading this mind blowing book( again a gift from Sunil) almost 3 weeks ago, but not able to do justice with it due to all my deadlines. I try not to even look at it during my submissions as it’s too tempting to keep it down. Hopefully I should be able to finish it in next 2 weeks or so. I think I need to add this one in the loo library section (yes we do have one of those ;)), where these days the top most priority is to my very own Calvin and Hobbes!

Days are getting busier and I am getting thinner (infrequent eating habits is the sole reason :(). Lavish meals are replaced by quick burgers, but none the less I am enjoying the freedom of being a student again. The initial transition from an employee to student was not so easy either but I was really looking forward to be back in school . Even with the hectic life and tons of things to worry about I still prefer my student life where the security still has to throw me out of the cyber cafe in school where I study for my quizes, complete assignments, conduct project group meetings, discuss career with friends for hours.

It’s the fight between time and I, which is bothering me the most, days are simply flying and I am losing their count, backlog is piling up. There is still so much to learn here; academically and professionally, whenever I enter the Computer Science department building in campus I get a feeling of incompleteness; and I take it as a driving force to move on, to do better. Studying in US has taught me a lot of things and value of TIME tops it all. I also believe that now the time has come when I am getting answers of all the unsolved mysteries and problems in life, I should be able to utilize it wisely and for that to work out the new Mantra for me is
